Shipping

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches, so please allow 2-3 days for the products to be shipped, in addition to the 2-3 days it takes the package to get to you. If you need your package sooner than that, please email us at info@madonnalily.com, and we will do our best to get the order to you sooner.

Once the delivery company has scanned the package, we cannot be held responsible for it. All orders come with a tracking number, and if the status of the package reads "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at info@madonnalily.com, and we will make every effort to assist you. In case of a missing package, you may also file a claim with your local USPS company (if applicable) or the delivery company responsible for the shipment.

All orders are shipped 100% plastic-free! You can recycle everything, from box, to tape and labels!

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping price will be calculated at checkout, and we also offer free shipping on orders over $75 with code FREE75SHIP.

Returns

We are so sorry to hear that our products didn’t work out for you! We handcraft each product with care, in house, from creating the product, bottling and printing the labels! We take pride in what we create and would not put out a product we wouldn’t use ourselves.

We do offer a full refund on the orders within 30 days of delivery, except for shipping costs. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Products must be new or gently used for returns to be valid.

Please keep in mind: we do not provide return shipping labels or refund original shipping charges. All gift cards, sale items and sample sizes are final sale.
